Kizumba Secondary School
is the brain child of Pastor Cyprian Sallu. From his tireless efforts and
sacrifices saw the commencement of Kizumba Secondar School in February, 2012.
The school is registered
by the Ministry of Education and National Examination Board ( NECTA) under
Number S 4566.
Kizumba Secondary School
maintains a very high Educational standards of which have seen our students
scoring very high marks in their Final Form IV Examination. The school teaches
the following subjects under her curriculum :
English : Mathematics: Physics : Chemistry : Biology :
Geography : Swahili : Civics : History : Book Keeping and Commence.
The school offers Physical
Education, whereby Boys can engage in Football and girls to Netball, athletics
is for all. The school participates in many inter-school activities organized
by neighbouring schools and the Ministry of Education.
Other curriculum
activities include Gardening , whereby the school grows Vegetables, Maize and
fruits. The land being so agricultural, the school keeps chickens, ducks for
eggs, Cows for Milk, Goats and sheep for milk and students meals. In fact on
every Wednesday a goat/sheep is slaughtered for the students . The students are
well fed as result of this garden.
Making sure the students
are fully engaged in proper bringing, the school offers addition activities by
setting up clubs to develop their communication
skills such as:
Debating Club
Swahili Club
English Club
Entrepreneurship Club
For those who are
interested in learning Computer , the lab is open to every student.
Occasionally the school
invites relevant authorities and private company executives to speak to the
students in their clubs.

for reference and leisure reading.
B) Science Laboratories
Science
Lab are well equipped with state of the Art Lab equipment quite enough to our
science Students. The labs are well stocked with all the necessary lab
consumables.
C) Computer
Laboratory;
Kizumba
Secondary School Comp Lab is mainly used by students who are interested in
learning computer science in future. The
school has a qualified IT staff who offers lessons on computer Technology.
OUR GOAL
The School is geared to
fully utilize her potential by starting Agriculture Subject , to take fully
advantage of the vast agricultural land she owns.
Kizumba Secondary School
soon will be offering Advanced Level Education, with the blessings of the Ministry
of Education.
The school is in the
process of adding Computer Science subject in her curriculum.
